Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Protect organisation’s value by keeping all information confidential.
  • Conversion of Item Receipts into Bills
  • Issue payments to Vendors by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Routine maintenance of vendor records (analogue and digital)
  • Generation and application of customer Vendor Credits
  • Investigation and resolution of account discrepancies (i.e., billing)

Qualifications (Either one of the following):

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting; or, at least one year of verifiable experience in Payables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (i.e., Excel, Word)
